Shipping Policy

Cost of shipping

The cost of shipping on the website can be seen during the checkout process. You will only be shown the available shipping options according to the weight or size of the items in your order.

A small surcharge for packaging is included within the cost of delivery.

We regret we currently only deliver to the UK Mainland.

Orders placed for delivery outside UK mainland will not be dispatched and a refund will be issued. For delivery to Scottish Highlands, UK islands or Ireland or Northern Ireland, please contact us. 

“COLLECTION ONLY” option

Only select the “Collection Only” option if you intend to collect the item. Items collections are arranged by email, you will be contacted within 24 hours after payment has cleared.

Orders which aren't collected within 7 days of the payment clearing will be refunded and the items restocked. A 10% restocking fee will apply.

If you select the “COLLECTION ONLY” option,however you require delivery, you will be given a link to pay for the delivery separately. If you do not make the delivery payment within 7 days of the original order date, the items will be restocked, a refund will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee.

How soon will my goods be sent?

Goods are usually sent within 48 to 72 hours of us receiving your cleared payment. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are usually dispatched within 24 hours of the end of business of the next working day.

All of our mail ordered and Internet ordered goods are sent via the most rapid courier delivery service available. For customers in the UK, this means next working day delivery. (Most courier companies exclude Saturday as a working day. The proactive Nutrients c/o Esoteric Hydroponics shop and helpline are open as usual on Saturday.)

Are all products held in stock?

All of our products are held in stock. Please note that we occasionally and unexpectedly receive large orders which can make the most organised stock control unpredictable, although we aim to minimise delay for all concerned.

What if an item is out of stock?

Unfortunately, human error, website error and other unforseen circumstances can cause items to be out of stock.

In the unlikely event that a product is not in stock, you will be refunded for the cost of that item, and in some cases, a full or part refund of the cost of delivery, depending on the number of items that were in the order.
